We supply products exclusively for personal use within mainland UK. Our items are not intended for resale or commercial trade.

All purchases, including planting services, must be paid for in full at the time of order. By completing your payment, you accept the terms outlined in this policy. Under UK law, perishable goods such as trees and plants differ from standard consumer products. Please be aware that custom orders and perishable goods are not subject to the standard 14-day cooling-off period and are generally non-refundable unless proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

1. Perishable Goods (Trees & Plants)

Due to the perishable nature of plants, all sales are final. However, we may offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

If the plant arrives is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs for assessment.

We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from inadequate care, unsuitable environmental conditions, or external factors beyond our control.


2. Non-Perishable Goods (Pots, Accessories, etc.)

For non-perishable products, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it remains unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The following terms apply:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding any original shipping fees.

3. Planting Services & Cancellations

Our professional planting services are scheduled in advance and require logistical preparation. For this reason, cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled planting date: Eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled planting date: A 50% refund will be provided.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled planting date: No refund will be issued due to the costs associated with scheduling and preparation.

If we are unable to complete the planting service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or site inaccessibility), we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be considered.



Requesting a Refund or Return

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact our customer service team at contact@ancientolives.com with your order details and supporting evidence (such as photos of damaged items). We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
